Based in the centre of Nottingham we are ideally located for the supply of the East Midlands and surrounding areas specialising in supply to catering companies and kitchens throughout.

We are in daily contact with our local farmers who keep us updated on all issues of availability and seasonality to guarantee our competitiveness and quality. Our drivers collect daily from these farms where possible keeping the quality fresh and the price low- missing out the middle man.
