Recycling and waste management provider Biffa has launched its ‘Food for Fuel’ campaign, to encourage businesses to segregate and dispose of all quantities of food waste responsibly.

Foodservice price inflation in the UK dipped to 2.5% in January, according to figures from the CGA Prestige Foodservice Price Index, primarily due to an easing of seasonal and supply trends. The figure is a fall from year-on-year inflation of 5.1% recorded in December 2017.
