The LACA calendar got of to a flying start in March with our sixth National Seminar for members and associates, and this year there is the added bonus of attending on the Thursday evening to join the LACA School Chef of the Year competitors for the announcement of the result and presentation to the winner (click here to see the SCOTY winner video)
