APSE offers school caterers 'briefing note' on horsemeat issues

The Association for Public Service Excellence (APSE) has prepared a briefing covering issues that affect school caterers in relation to horsemeat and how they buy meat products.
The organisation says caterers can use it also to reassure parents, head teachers and school governors about measures taken by local authority caterers.
