Innovate Services launches iMotivate 8000 in-house reward programme
Innovate Services, the catering operator to the education sector, has launched a new in-house reward scheme, which is designed to recognise the performance and contribution by its school catering teams across the UK.
The ‘iMotivate 8000’ scheme provides Innovate’s catering teams with the potential to win by topping the regional leagues for six different categories.
The scheme rewards Innovate’s catering teams on the level of school meal uptake each month, in addition to rewarding the most efficient sites, the most improved service based on take-up and the best regional contribution. Broken down into four regional areas, a winning team will receive recognition and its achievements promoted throughout the company.
The results for October have been calculated and the overall national category winners are:
• Most Increased Number of Customers: Huddersfield New College
• Most Efficient Catering Site: Durrington High School , Worthing, Sussex
• Most Improvement in Efficiency of Catering: Chiswick School, London
• Top Trading Unit: West Herts College, Hertfordhsire
• Most Improved Trading Unit: Rainham Girls School, Kent
• High Standards of Brand Compliance: The Blandford School, Dorset
Derick Martin, CEO of Innovate Services said: “The iMotivate 8000 scheme is designed to say a big ‘well done’ to our catering teams across the country who are really leading the way in increasing take-up of school meals. We’ve received some excellent feedback since launching the iMotivate 8000 programme, and have really seen our catering teams looking at new ways of enhancing the service as a result. It’s a win-win for everyone!”
