LACA South West region hosts first ‘in person’ event post-pandemic

Nick Collins, managing director of CleverChefs, hosted LACA South West delegates at the school meal providers regional office and development kitchen.
Lynda Mitchell, regional chair of the South West, said: “There was a great mix of speakers and topics, from staff engagement to delivering sustainability lesson plans and high tec monitoring systems.
"There were also two fascinating interviews with our regional School Chef of the Year winner Jennifer Brown and our own LACA Main Event Bursary recipient from 2023.
“Delegates were well fed with delicious, school compliant food that was provided from arrival to departure. Delegates agreed it was an interesting and informative day.”
