Tender for the Development and Management of the LACA Annual National School Meals Week (NSMW) Campaign.
LACA Ltd seeks to invite tenders from suitably experienced companies to develop and manage the LACA NSMW. NSMW is a licenced event owned by LACA Ltd and its prime objectives are to raise the profile of education catering and improve the uptake of meals.
NSMW can be a week long activity programme, one day or a combination which enables members to choose what best fits their own marketing plans.
From experience it is best provided during the first week of November each year, however LACA are prepared to consider other options.
The process will take place over the coming few months and expressions of interest are sought in writing by Monday 2nd July 2012.
Tender Process:
Tender documents will be sent out shortly after the above date, with a timetable for the process with a decision and award of contract in early December 2012. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to give a presentation around this time.
