In addition to delivering a training programme you will be required to assist with added value events such as parents taster sessions in the evenings, smoothie bar, building links with schools on pupil basic food preparation skills as well as assisting with pupil cookery lessons such as bread and fruit pizza making. We want to encourage schools to involve NCCS in events such parent talks on healthy eating and allowing us the opportunity to have live cookery sessions such as curry, tagines and stir frys all of which would be delivered by the Chef Trainer.
In addition you may be required to deliver classroom and kitchen based training on various basic skills to enhance the skills of our workforce.
