The TUCO Innovative Food & Drink Concepts framework agreement has been awarded to 17 suppliers over 10 lots:

Lots are as below:

  1. Healthy - Raw & Vegan, allergen aware, low fat/ sugar - 3 suppliers
  2. Asian - Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean etc – rice, noodles, stir fry, sides, Indian – Curries, Middle Eastern - Falafels - 5 suppliers
  3. North & South American - Burgers, hot / gourmet dogs, slow cooked meats, Jamaican, Mexican - Burrito’s, taco’s - 5 suppliers
  4. Italian – Pizza (standard/GF/Artisan), pasta - 4 suppliers
  5. Other European (Spanish, Greek, etc) - Paella, Koftas, Kebabs - 1 supplier
  6. Ice cream, gelato and waffles - 1 supplier
  7. Bread & Coffee Shop Concepts – made to order sandwich kiosks, savoury pastries, café concept, salad bars, pies - 4 suppliers
  8. Excluded
  9. Non Alcoholic drinks - Smoothies, shakes, blended ice, slush, water (boiled and chilled taps), bubble tea and other hot and cold drinks concepts - 2 suppliers
  10. Drink technology support concepts – cloud based bar management systems, drink dispense equipment - 3 suppliers

Are all your suppliers vetted and accredited?

Yes. Dependent on the product category, we will have assessed the supplier’s credentials to be able to supply the goods and/or services.  Please see the SQ (selection questionnaire) questions relative to the product category you are interested in.  High risk food suppliers e.g. sandwich suppliers are also continually audited to ensure they meet food safety requirements.
