Adopt a School charity celebrates Albert Roux’s 80th

Albert Roux turned 80 on October 8th and to celebrate, students of Westminster Kingsway and St George’s Primary School presented Roux with a special cake at the college restaurant.
Roux was sung ‘Happy Birthday’ by the children of St George’s Primary School, the very first school to be adopted by Adopt a School.
Adopt a School is a charity organisation where industry professionals teach children, in a holistic way, about food provenance, healthy eating and cookery as a life skill.
