AiP secures contracts with Essex and London schools

School caterer Alliance in Partnership (AiP) has secured contracts with Wanstead High School in Essex, Ilford County High and Henry Fawcett Primary School in London.
The offering at Wanstead High School has been developed to include high street concepts and trends. The catering team has been trained by the AiP executive chef team to meet the School Food Plan and Silver Food for Life standards. This has resulted in a 20% increase in sales.
Ilford County High’s dining area has been rebranded with AiP’s ‘Feed Me’ theme with refrigeration units to ease the flow of service and speed up waiting times.
At Henry Fawcett Primary School in the Oval area of London, a new chef manager has been appointed by AiP to work towards the Silver Food for Life standards. The offering includes a full daily salad bar, homemade baked bread and a choice of three desserts.
