CATERed and School Food Plan win at Cost Sector Catering Awards 2016
CATERed’s Brad Pearce accepted the Education Award at Thursday evening’s Cost Sector Catering Awards 2016, whilst Myles Bremner of the School Food Plan took home the Special Contribution Award.
The annual awards took place on March 31st at the Hilton London Metropole and welcomed 750 guests from across the catering industry.
The Education Award, sponsored by Premier Foods, was collected by LACA’s South West regional chair for CATERed’s innovative measures to deliver school meals in Plymouth with the focus on the customer and emphasis on the child.
The School Food Plan’s Myles Bremner picked up the Special Contribution Award, sponsored by Unilever Food Solutions, for his drive, energy and enthusiasm in transforming the School Food Plan from a document into a successful strategy.
