CEDA has launched an online enquiry service called Source@CEDA that is aimed at operators, and anyone with a stake in foodservice, who has a specific business enquiry, or an information request.

Adam Mason, CEDA director general, said: “A great CEDA asset is in sharing its huge collective knowledge across professional kitchen design, catering equipment specification, project management and after-sales service and maintenance.

“CEDA is involved in all sectors of foodservice from garden centres and care homes to cocktail bars and Michelin starred restaurants, and Source@CEDA provides foodservice operators with an efficient method of sourcing reputable suppliers and service providers, as well as free advice on operational and technical issues that fall within CEDA's broad knowledge base."
