Change4Life 10 Minute Shake Up returns

The 10 Minute Shake Up from Change4Life has returned with activities again being inspired by Disney stories.
The event is designed to support teachers in delivering key stage 1 and 2 physical education curricula. School packs were delivered with the School Fruit and Veg scheme last month.
Various games have been designed to be a fun and easy way to pupils moving throughout the day, inside and outside of the classroom.
Activity material is available on the Change4Life website. Change4Life is a NHS England and Wales campaign designed to combat the low activity levels of modern life.
