City Catering partners with Good Grub Club

City Catering has joined forces with the Good Grub Club, which aims to support families on low-incomes or those eligible for free school meals in the Milbrook area with access to good food during the school holidays.
City Catering hosted a session where children had the opportunity to make pizzas topped with plenty of vegetables as well as making a pasta salad and fruit kebabs.
A spokesperson for City Catering said: “Giving families - and especially young people - hands on cooking prep opportunities is great fun, and really important in helping people try new flavours. Everyone went home with a bag of ingredients also to replicate the pizza at home.
“We will be hosting the Good Grub Club throughout all the school holidays, offering consistent support for families. We have lots planned for the coming weeks, and will be welcoming lots of partners too.”
