Devon school presented with LACA in-house school caterer award
A Devon school has won the prestigious LACA Award for In-House School Caterer Of The Year, sponsored by ParentPay.
Samantha Warner the Headteacher at the winning school - Sticklepath Primary School, Barnstaple, Devon was delighted to have won.
LACA partner and ParentPay Chief Executive Clint Wilson added his congratualtions:'I was really impressed by the school's whole school approach and by their obvious commitment to ensuring the best possible food for their pupils.
The superb work of the catering team, with the support of pupils, staff and the parents, means that Sticklepath Primary School have a food provision that any school would be very proud of. Brad Pearce, MD of Catered and LACA South West Chair, was pleased to hand over the award, he added: 'We presented the award in front of the whole school at the Year 6 Leavers Assembly.
