Dolmio ready-to-use rebrands as Dolmio Professional

Dolmio ready-to-use foodservice sauces have been rebranded to Dolmio Professional.

The varieties and original recipes will stay the same, meaning chefs can still use the sauces the same way they have previously.

Karen Green, marketing manager at Aimia foods, distributor of Mars Foodservice products, said: “Dolmio professional sauces retain all of the same qualities that chefs loved about Dolmio foodservice sauces, but in bolder, clearer and of course more ‘professional’ packaging.

Ready to use straight from the jar, and providing a versatile option from dips to sauces, the Professional range features important benefits including being suitable for holding in a Bain Maire for two hours and being compliant to 2017 PHE salt targets – all factors which are important for today’s busy caterers.”

The new branding will allow operators to identify key nutritional credentials and allergen advice quicker and easier thanks to graphical symbols such as ‘suitable for vegetarians’, ‘gluten free’ and ‘one of your five-a-day’.
