East of England and East Midlands regional SCOTY finalists revealed

Michael Goulston from HCL Ltd and Rose Wallace from Derbyshire County Council Catering will represent the East of England and East Midlands, respectively at LACA’s School Chef of the Year national final 2017.
In the East of England regional heat, judges awarded a highly commended main course to Clare Powell, Vertas Group. No highly commended award was presented in the East Midlands heat.
Goulston and Wallace will both join Jonathan Balfour, Wales regional finalist, and Jose Kochakkadan, the West Midland regional finalist when the final is held in March at Stratford Upon Avon College.
