Edwards & Blake appoints new general manager of operations
Helen Willford has joined East-Anglian based contract catering firm Edwards & Blake as general manager of operations.

Having spent four years in senior management in the education sector, Helen went on to manage a wide range of B&I sites.
Founded by Shirley Edwards and Caroline Blake, the company employs over 600 staff, with a turnover of over £15m, servicing clients primarily in East Anglia, the Midlands and the South East of England.
