Foodservice supplier Sysco GB scoops 18 accolades at Quality Food Awards
Brakes, a Sysco company, also collected the coveted Foodservice Operator of the Year, building on the success of last year when it was also presented with the same award.
Products from Sysco, Brakes and Fresh Direct dominated the foodservice section, winning three gold awards in the Meat, Dairy & Deli and Free From categories, seven silver and eight bronze awards. The gold winners were:
- Sysco Classic Gluten Free Granary Bread & Roll Mix
- Sysco Classic Korean Style Gochujang Pulled Pork Savoury Filling
- Birchstead 28 Day Aged Beef Bistro Rump Steak 6oz
