Further details have been announced about the Yorkshire and Humberside Expo 2018.
The free to attend event is aimed at school and hospital caterers, catering managers, operational managers, bursars, business managers, heads of catering services and any key decision makers.
It will include skills presentations, the latest innovations and trials by many of the catering service sector’s leading suppliers.
And new for 2018 will be the regional finishing touches competition with four categories: decorated novelty cake; biscuits; cupcakes and break basket selection.
Held on behalf of the LACA Yorkshire and Humberside region and the Hospital Caterers Association, it will take place on October 30 2018 at the Cedar Court Hotel in Wakefield.
