HCL showcases offering at Academies Show London

Education caterers HCL showcased its whole day catering solution with mini menu samples at the Academies Show London held at the ExCeL on April 26th.
Visitors to the HCL exhibition stand sampled a canapé breakfast selection of spiced apple toddy, a natural yogurt, and fruit compote with super-food granola. At lunch, the development chefs served spiced butternut squash soup and vegetable chilli, while afternoon visitors tasted a mini afternoon tea.
Tracie Bere, HCL’s marketing & brand manager, said: “It was truly rewarding to chat to so many potential new clients who were captivated by our bespoke branding, merchandising and the services we offer.”
HCL provides school lunches across Hertfordshire to 94% of primary schools and 50% of all secondary schools.
