Impact Food Group welcomes Hutchison Catering to its family
This marks Impact Food Group’s first acquisition and a significant step in the group’s strategy to expand its presence in the North East and North West of England, grow its footprint in the primary school catering market and further reinforce its position as a major player in UK education catering.

The company will operate as a stand-alone brand within the Impact Food Group. Owner-directors Andrew Hutchison and Claire Venys will continue to lead the business, with co-founder Colin Hutchison supporting the transition in an advisory capacity.
Hutchison was originally co-founded by brothers Andrew and Colin Hutchison, and this new partnership marks the beginning of an exciting chapter in the journey of both organisations.
