Independent Catering restructures senior management team

Kent based school meal caterer, Independent Catering has restructured its senior management team, promoting Rose Mansfield to director of operations.
Andrew Saunders, founder and managing director, said: “We need to structure ourselves for continued growth in 2016.
“We are delighted with our recent progress and are now in a position to continue to support both our existing and new school clients.”
Independent Catering was founded in 1996 and in 2014 turnover was £10.5 million with 425 employees.
