LACA administration services contract

LACA Ltd is inviting tenders from suitably experienced companies to take on its administration services contract. The service includes membership administration, support to LACA and members, plus secretarial support for the chair and board of directors.

The provider will represent the ‘front face of LACA’, giving it an administrative home and address, providing full-time cover and an office through personnel employed to the contract plus fully resourced telecommunications and emailing services.

LACA owns the membership management system, and providers are required to use the system and uphold the integrity of the system and member data.

The tender process will take place over the coming few months, and expressions of interest are sought in writing by May 15th.

The pre-tender questionnaire documents will be sent out shortly after the above date, together with a timetable for the process.

A decision and award of contract will be in mid-September. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to give a presentation around this time. The contract start date will be 1st November 2015.
