LACA Administration Services Contract

The LACA Board has recently subjected this contract to market testing, and has tendered out this contract. This is in line with the policy of ensuring best value and market testing all supplier arrangements on a regular basis.

A full and robust tender process was carried out with four companies tendering including our current provider AVL Consultancy. There was a high level of interest from companies to support the work of LACA.

The outcome and decision reached by LACA Board representative based on the criteria set was to award the new contract to Elygra Marketing Services, and we congratulate them on submitting an excellent proposal to take us forward for the next seven years. The new contract commences on 1st November 2015.

The LACA Board would like to thank AVL for the high level of support, commitment and professionalism provided to LACA over many years, and especially the support that Vic Laws and Louise Willis have given to past LACA Chairs and representatives.
