LACA announces changes to regional board representatives

LACA has announced the names of the newly appointed board representatives for the South East, East Midlands and Yorkshire & Humberside regions.
The LACA Board comprises elected representatives from each region. The LACA Board determines the direction of the Association and is responsible for all decisions made on behalf of the company. Each member of the Board becomes a director of LACA.
The newly appointed members are Philippa Terry (South East), Bryan Lygate (East Midlands) and Katherine Breckon (Yorkshire & Humberside). The full ten LACA Board members include:
- London: Julia Richardson, senior operations manager at Greenwich Services Plus Ltd
- East of England: Stuart Clarke, head of operations at HCL
- East Midlands: Bryan Lygate, managing director at Impact Food Group
- North East & Scotland: Stephen Forster, former Business development manager at Chartwells
- North West: Derek Wright, catering services manager at Blackpool Council
- South West: Brad Pearce, managing director at CATERed Limited
- West Midlands: Lorna Hicks, catering group manager at Telford & Wrekin Borough Council
- Yorkshire & Humberside: Katherine Breckon, development & training chef at North Yorkshire County Council
- Wales: Louise Kerton, catering manager at Bridgend County Borough Council
- South East: Philippa Terry, chief operating officer at Juniper Ventures Limited
