LACA chair attends DfE Ministerial Reception

Anita Brown, chair of LACA the school food people, attended the Department for Education (DfE) Ministerial Reception on Thursday 11th July 2024.
The event kicked-off at 6pm with invited guests networking before Secretary of State for Education Bridget Phillipson MP delivered a short address.
A Department for Education spokesperson said: “Tonight we’ve opened the doors to discuss how we can work together to drive up standards and break down barriers to opportunity. We’re resetting the relationship between Government and stakeholders so we can be partners in the push for better.”
