LACA to host first webinar of 2023

LACA, the school food people, will host their next webinar on Wednesday 8th February 2023 at 2pm.
The webinar, which is free to attend for all LACA members, will include:
- Chairs update including feedback from industry influencers meeting being held on 26th January – Brad Pearce
- Cost saving hints and tips – Pelican Procurement
- Grab ‘n’ Go Challenge launch – Brad Pearce and Quorn Professionals
- Political Update – Olivia Gordon
The Industry Round Table Discussion on 26th January 2023 will focus on school food and the cost of living crisis. The purpose of this discussion will be to establish common ground and a collective voice on the growing pressures around the provision of the school food service.
LACA has launched its Grab & Go Challenge, sponsored by Quorn Professionals, that invites school chefs to rise to the task of designing, cooking and serving tasty and nutritious food that can be eaten ‘on-the-go’ by busy youngsters.
