LACA Main Event Delegate bookings open

LACA’s main event has opened its booking form for the event, taking place 10- 12 July at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
It will feature the LACA Education Catering Exhibition, Finishing Touches Competition and live demonstrations.
On Wednesday (10 July) workshops will include themes on allergens, popularity of veganism and apprenticeships, plus more.
Thursday will be host to The Great British Bake Off Judge, Prue Leith, discussing ‘a healthy and sustainable future’ in addition to a LACA strategy from Michael Hales, and host of the BBC’s Drowning in Plastic Documentary, who will present ‘the war on plastic waste’.
