LACA Main Event opens #LACAME
This year's Main Event programme is headlined by Tony Draper, President of the National Association of Head Teachers, Dr Hilary Jones, and Jas Hawker, Leader of the Red Arrows
The Education Catering Exhibition opened this morning and LACA delegates took part in the workshop sessions, which focused on school meals marketing, holiday hunger programmes, and workforce development standards.
Day two of the Main Event features Tony Draper’s ‘Lead, Inspire, Empower’ keynote address as well as an interview with Dr Hilary Jones.
On Thursday evening the LACA Awards for Excellence will take place. 12 awards will be up for grabs, including a new award for 2016 – LACA Region of the Year.
The grand finale address will be delivered by Jas Hawker, former leader of the Red Arrows before LACA chair Peter McGrath’s closing remarks before lunchtime.
