LACA to promote allergen awareness at Public Sector Catering Expo

As part of it’s work on allergen awareness, LACA will be giving a practical demonstration on working with allergens at the inaugural Public Sector Catering Expo.
School Chef of the Year 2019, Stephen Cross, will demonstrate a dish using all the appropriate techniques and methods whilst LACA and its partners talk about its new allergen programme being developed for caterers.
Held at Telford International Centre on 19 - 20 November, the free-to-attend Public Sector Catering Expo will bring together chefs and caterers from all areas of the public sector and includes and exhibition of over 100 suppliers, a seminar programme and a live demonstration theatre.
As supporters of the expo, LACA will also have a stand caterers can drop into and find out more about the work the association carries out.
