LACA has unveiled a selection of images from the recent awards night, which took place on Thursday 6th July at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
The LACA Awards for Excellence aim to celebrate individuals and teams who continue to make a ‘real difference’ to education catering and school food. There were 14 winners announced on the night including Quorn Foods, the Yorkshire & Humberside region and the Chair’s Award was given to Anne-Marie Sowden from CATERed.
Commenting on the LACA Awards, chair Brad Pearce said: “The standard of entry was as high, if not higher than ever, and everyone whether shortlisted or a winner should be extremely proud of the achievement in reaching this stage. Once again, school caterers and suppliers have demonstrated just how amazing they are! Thank you everyone for what you do.”
Here are a selection of the photographs taken on the night and the full gallery can be viewed here.
