LBC Catering in Luton seeks area catering operations manager
The successful candidate will work across approximately 23 schools within Luton and the surrounding areas, and will report to the catering service delivery manager. They will lead a team of kitchen managers and staff – totalling around 120.
The firm is looking for an experienced multi-site caterer with a clear understanding of the importance of building client relationships. Appropriate qualifications in catering and food hygiene/safety are a requirement for the role.
The successful candidate will deliver KPIs, client ratings and a monthly trading statement. They must possess a valid UK driving licence, own a car and have an enhanced DBS clearance.
LBC Catering says it manages the school meals service for over 70 clients in and around Luton and delivers solutions to over 16,000 pupils every school day.
