McGrath to feature on panel discussion at Food Matters Live

LACA’s immediate past chair, Peter McGrath will feature on a panel discussion on the value of collaboration between industry bodies at Food Matters Live in November.
Rich Watts, senior catering mark manager at the Soil Association will chair the discussion between Neel Radia, NACC chair; TUCO chair Matt White; Phil Shelley, HCA chair; and LACA’s immediate past chair Peter McGrath.
The panel will discuss subjects such as the challenges of cost and quality of food, equipment and staffing, as well as how to develop cost effective catering services in a changing environment.
Food Matters Live take place at ExCeL on November 22nd – 24th.
