Middleton Foods adds two new products to glaze range
The new Texas Barbecue glaze offers a smokey profile with sweet, tangy tomato and a hint of spice, while the Teriyaki glaze has a sweet and savoury profile with ginger, garlic and soy.
With customers eager to enjoy a taste from their travels, demand for flavours from cuisines from all over the globe has risen and Middleton Foods has extended its glaze range to support butchers and food processors in response to this.

Developed for butchery, meat processing and foodservice, the new glazes are available in resealable 2.5kg tubs for convenience, have no artificial colours or flavours and are suitable for vegetarians.
