Middleton Foods announces appointment of business development chef

Manufacturer of foodservice pre-mixes Middleton Foods has announced the appointment of Justin Clarke as business development chef to reinforce the company’s commitment to innovation, creativity and culinary excellence.

He will be responsible for growing the healthcare sector, working with the sales team to enhance the company’s culinary offerings and establishing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Clarke has a wealth of experience having been classically trained in the Royal Air Force working in kitchens and cooking all over the world. He has also been development chef for Marks & Spencer and most recently he was business development chef at Nestle Professional.
