“This is of huge benefit when trialling our products and any new product development, as we’re able to examine first-hand, factors which may affect meat quality – such as visual appearance, depth of flavour and colour. The result means we can work to support our customers in delivering premium quality products, which are created with the best knowledge possible.
“Our products are developed to deliver a multitude of benefits – from offering a more appealing flavour profile and greater yield, to a longer shelf life and cost effectiveness. We’d like to extend our thanks to our fantastic hosts, Jane Dale and Andy Couszins, for an exceptional day with outstanding training – we’d highly recommend them.”
