Middleton Foods launches vegan chocolate cookie mix
Made in the UK, this new readymade pre-mix is the latest addition to the vegan-friendly range from Middleton Foods. It allows operators to bake ‘premium quality and consistently delicious cookies that customers will love’.
Created using an ‘innovative’ combination of ingredients including real cocoa, operators simply add water, mix and bake. Available in a conveniently sized 3.5kg bag, each bag contains enough mix to make 87 cookies. Baked for just 9-11 minutes for soft, chewy cookies; or for crisp cookies, 13-15 minutes.
Suitable for use in any catering establishment – from schools and care homes to cafés and casual dining – this new vegan-friendly mix has been carefully developed by Middleton Foods to allow caterers the chance to create tasty cookies which can be enjoyed by vegans and those who enjoy a flexitarian diet, as well as by consumers who just fancy trying something new.
