Only one week until the Main Event
The packed three-day event, starting on Wednesday 10 July will include an exhibition with over 160 suppliers, showcasing hundreds of products, services and innovations for the school meals sector in addition to the workshops being held that will help any school caterer.
It will also include demonstations on the LACA Live stage, such as ‘Grub Kitchen’ chef Andy Holcroft who will demonstrate his take on bolognaise and the Bug Farm Foods cricket cookies and buffalo biscuits using insect-based foods ingredients and an impressive speaker line up to inform delegates everything they need to know.
As it is also LACA's 30th Anniversary there will be lots is going on around the event to celebrate 30 years of the association, including a Lucky Sevens timeline trail prize draw.
Delegates can collect a prize draw entry form at registration and, by visiting each of the anniversary panels located throughout the event, competing the entry form by writing the picture caption that appears as number 7 on the card and handing it in to the registration desks.
The winner will be chosen from all entries on Friday to win a £100 Love2Shop Voucher.
