Opportunity to attend LACA National Spring Seminar
The full programme will be announced soon but the seminar will cover key topics affecting education caterers in the coming months.
Last Year the programme featured a keynote speech on allergens, a policy update and delegate survey from the national chair of LACA and an interview with the 2019 LACA School Chef of the Year (SCOTY) Steven Cross.
The 2020 SCOTY National Final will take place on 5 March in Stratford-upon-Avon where 12 school chefs will compete for the title of LACA School Chef of the Year.
Bookings are still available for the seminar with delegate costs for full LACA members frozen at £40 per place.
