An ‘impressive campaign’ in 2021 saw over half a million pounds collected for Red Nose Day via their secure school payment platform. Comic Relief aims to ‘make a real difference’ to vulnerable people throughout the UK and across the world.

Mark Brant, chief executive of ParentPay, said: “We’re proud to be able to help make a difference, as we support the fundraising efforts of schools and parents by utilising our cashless payments system, especially as people look to move away from collecting physical donations in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.”

Comic Relief funding has helped to support 11.7 million people, including:

• More than 750,000 people in the UK experiencing financial and material poverty to access advice and support.
• More than 46,000 children and young people in the UK, and more than 8.1 million internationally.

Michelle Bromhead, schools fundraising manager for Red Nose Day, added: “We are delighted to be working with ParentPay again this year, offering schools a hassle-free cashless donation option.
