Pasta King develops individual portion product for school meal boxes

Pasta King, provider of nutritious pasta meals to schools in the UK, has developed single and two-portion pouches of pasta sauces in 300g and 500g sizes.
The sauces are nutritionally balanced and are suitable for vegetarians. The individual pouches provide a fresh option for parents making school-day lunches at home.
Commenting on the development, Pasta King chief executive Mark Stone, said: “We have been working for some time on a smaller portion option to suit those who want to use our freshly-prepared, chilled sauces to provide a nutritious solution when trying to feed children at home during lockdown and holidays.”
