The equipment suppliers PKL Group has launched its school food cube to assist schools with the increasing catering facility demands as the school leaving age increases to 18 by 2015.

The food cube is a modular catering kiosk which can be used to serve a selection of hot and cold food and drink and is ideal for mid-morning or afternoon breaks, as well as providing additional serving space during lunch times. It offers a coffee shop style outlet in a range of sizes for schools during busy periods, and is expected to be popular amongst 6th form students.
