The workshop will cover:
- An Introduction to the School Plates Programme
- Why it's important to offer healthy and sustainable menus with planet-friendly meals
- How to use plant-based ingredients, cooking methods & demonstration of recipes
A spokesperson for ProVeg added: “Our vision is a world where everyone chooses delicious and healthy food that is good for all humans, animals, and our planet. ProVeg International is a food awareness organisation with the mission to reduce the global consumption of animals by 50% by 2040.”
