The Birds Eye Foodservice mission is to support your foodservice operation with the best possible food solutions and recipe inspirations to suit your needs. We offer a broad range of frozen products, from our trusted family-favourites such as iconic Birds Eye fish fingers and stone-baked Goodfella’s Pizza, to our innovative plant-based Green Cuisine® range.
For the last 10 years we have been carrying out extensive research into what children like to eat out of home. This dedication to understand their nutritional needs has positioned our foodservice business as the go-to experts in kids menus and helped our customers achieve some amazing results.

The Green Cuisine plant-based product range is made with a select variety of plant proteins, as well as our own combination of herbs and spices. With familiar formats and flavours, they are great for creating dishes kids love, whilst still serving up something nutritious and good for the planet.
Why is it so well suited to the school food sector?
We understand the variety of challenges faced in schools, with the need to balance nutrition and enjoyment alongside cost, whilst also keeping sustainable solutions in mind. Green Cuisine products are school-compliant, versatile and suit a range of dietary requirements too.

Not only are we a product manufacturer, but a product partner, working within the foodservice sector to supply insight and drive change when it comes to sustainable diets. Why is supporting LACA and their work so important to you as a business?
Representing so many different facets of the industry – LACA is a force in bringing the industry together. It’s only this way change can be made – we’re definitely all stronger together!
What was your favourite lunch when you were at school?
Fish fingers, mash and peas on a Friday was always a favourite! Cooking it at home still brings back a real sense of nostalgia. Our Fishless Fingers have been given the thumbs up by schools as an alternative, made with bread crumbed rice flakes they deliver a similar texture and offer great flavour.
