We are a UK based International Social Enterprise coffee brand, an award-winning coffee company with a difference; supporting people out of homelessness through our Life Changing Coffee. 100% of the profits generated through our award-winning coffee goes towards ending homelessness.
We are an ‘employment first’ organisation who support people experiencing homelessness into work in our retail cafes. We provide training, a Living Wage job, housing within 10 days of joining our programme, access to a bank account as well as financial advice and ongoing therapy. We have an 82% success rate meaning 82% of trainees are in onward employment one year after enrolling in our programme; we have supported over 300 people out of homelessness since 2015 and we’re only getting started.
We believe that you should never have to compromise on quality to do something good; our coffee has won multiple awards, including six Great Taste awards and the Product Excellence Awards. We are listed in major high street supermarkets, major national brands, across the NHS as well as through many national foodservice operators. Our pioneering social enterprise is a truly innovative model that seeks to blend tackling homelessness with coffee expertise.
Change Please launched in 2015 with one coffee cart in Covent Garden. Since then, we’ve gone from strength to strength and shop to shop, all whilst serving great tasting coffee. Change Please continues to grow dramatically, partnering with global businesses such as Virgin Atlantic, WeWork and David Lloyd to further our impact across the country. We operate in eight countries around the world, supporting people out of homelessness every time they buy a coffee.
