CMB Foods Ltd is a forward thinking, continuously expanding family run catering butcher that has reached the pinnacle of Health and Safety with its recent Grade A BRC accreditation. The founding family look to the future and invest in technology that helps to keep CMB Foods ahead of its competitors whilst drawing on more than 150 years combined of family butchery knowledge.
All meat is sourced as locally as possible and as required from further afield to ensure all tastes and costs are catered for.
All ranges of products can be supplied from fully certified Organic and Free Range, Red Tractor, Freedom Foods and EU imported. Many of our customers achieve Gold, Silver and Bronze Soil Association Food for Life Awards and we are an audited and certified FFL supplier.
We have full traceability on all products and make all sausages, burgers, minced and diced products on site. Bespoke products can be prepared for individual customers with their own pricing and specification where required. We make several bespoke “secret recipe” burgers and sausages for other companies.
We also sell Red Tractor bacon and cooked and cured deli meats including Farm Assured cooked meats to aid with the Food for Life Awards. With so much knowledge of meat and butchery there is nothing that can’t be achieved and there is always someone that can help with a Chef’s question.
We have our fleet of tracked vans and trained delivery drivers covering over 8,000 square miles of London and the South East of England.
