Hatherley Commercial Services (HCS) are a company dedicated to the maintenance, service and repair of commercial catering equipment, refrigeration and air conditioning. We are based in Newark, Nottinghamshire and cover all areas of the East Midlands to include Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Derbyshire and south Yorkshire. We have engineers qualified to work on all types of commercial catering equipment including gas, electric, ware-wash, extraction, refrigeration and mobile catering. HCS will aim to respond to a breakdown callout request within 24 - 48 hours of a call being placed. As we only service the East Midlands area, this means that there is always an engineer in your area.
Currently HCS have a number of service contracts to include – The Order of St. John Care Trust Lincolnshire Homes, ESPO Leicester city council , Nottingham City Council, Nottingham Trent University, Derby Homes, Greenwood Academies and Lace Housing to name but a few.
We also carry out regular servicing and maintenance at many Schools, care homes, restaurants, pubs, hotels, hospitals and independent business.
HCS work closely with Nottinghamshire County Council Education Catering and Schools Catering Services. We also carry out regular maintenance to many Lincolnshire county council sites
Our other services include Sales, design and Installation of new catering equipment, fabrication of stainless steel tabling, sinks and extraction canopies, Extraction testing and interlocking, reconditioned equipment and consumables such as warewash detergent and softeners.

We are members of CEDA (Catering Equipment Distributors Association) as service member, GAS SAFE register, Constructionline, Acclaim, F-GAS and WRAS approved. All our engineers are fully trained and hold the relevant certificates of competency. Our engineers are all DBS checked and have met the criteria for the inclusion in the register of qualified catering equipment service engineers. The company is fully insured and all certificates are available on request.
