The company employs 4 Full Time design consultants with over 45 years’ collective experience who are CFSP accredited. We design and create an individual plan to each customer’s requirement.
Our Sales Director’s lead a team of over 25 professional sales consultants and project managers. Each regional sales manager is CFSP accredited.
Our Senior Service Manager heads up our technical and service department with over 34 years’ experience in installation and service catering equipment. We look after the warranty and provide technical support. We have over 27 qualified and manufacturer trained Service Engineers directly employed by the company on a full time basis. We have access to 100’s of engineers through our manufacturers own help and support network.
Stephens Catering Equipment Co Ltd has a manufacturing plant fabricating bespoke 304 Grade Stainless Steel counters, benches, stands, sink units, dishwash tabling, cupboard units, service spines and Canopy Ventilation systems for use in a commercial kitchen.
Stephens Catering Equipment Co Ltd Canopy Ventilation systems are manufactured to HVCA (Heating Ventilation Contractors Association) DW/ 172 for Kitchen Ventilation Systems Standard. We are BOHS (British Occupational Hygiene Society) , Faculty of Hygiene certified in the following :-
P602 – Design Principles of Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems
P601 – Thorough Examination and Testing of Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems including installation, air flow rating and sign off.
Our workshop regularly uses wood, wooden laminates and granite or Corian tops on our bespoke servery counters
